SUBSCRIBE with SMARTSHIP
By clicking SUBSCRIBE and COMPLETE SUBSCRIPTION you agree to automatic monthly shipments of your selected product(s), with FREE shipping, that will be charged to the same method of payment you provided for your order, approximately every 30 days following the initial order, unless you call or write to cancel. You can always modify the date of your monthly shipments. To cancel, or change the date of your monthly shipment, simply call Customer Service toll-free at (855) 202-7734, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm and Saturday 12 – 5pm (EST) or send an email to info@seipelgroup.com containing the following:
- Your name
- Address
- Order number from the last subscription receipt
- Request to “Cancel Now” or “Change Shipment Date” with the preferred date
If you’ve requested to cancel, your subscription will be deactivated within 72 hours upon receipt of the email. You agree that termination or cancellation does not relieve you of obligation to pay any accrued charges for items shipped. The method of payment provided shall be charged the full amount for the month in which the subscribed product has been sent out.
PAYMENTS POLICY
Payments to us for any of Seipel Group’s products must be made from a payment source on which you are the named account holder and over 18 years of age (or supervised by a parent). Subscription method of payment may be approved by us from time to time.
If you SUBSCRIBE for SMARTSHIP and we are not able to debit the method of payment provided, the product subscribed for will not be processed or shipped and your subscription will then be put on hold. if you fail to contact Seipel Group to update payment details your subscription will be deactivated without further notice.
You agree that we will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your credit card or other method of payment. You waive your right to dispute any payment made to your subscription account and will bear all costs.
n the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen credentials, by anyone, or any other fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to block your subscription account. We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment default, fraud or other unlawful activity and may employ collection services to recover payments.
Security of information
Although Seipel Group cannot guarantee the security of transmitted information, Seipel Group undertakes to take all regulatory and reasonable precautions to ensure that personal information and / or credit card details are protected. Seipel Group utilizes secure third-party payment gateways. Credit card transactions initiated from any of Seipel Group’s online credit card payment functionalities are encrypted and secured.
By accessing this e-commerce facility and by continuing to use the service, the user acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, understands it and has agreed to adhere to all the terms and conditions contained therein, any terms and conditions of this website, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions of Seipel Group Pty Ltd as may be amended from time to time. The SG, at its sole discretion, may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
