RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Seipel Group product, please return including the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip you can provide the name the order was placed under. Please allow 15 business days for returns to be received and applicable refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges or be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
